All subsequent editions include the extra track For The Whales (13.37) and the shorter version of Chase the Evening (16:56).
The original CD was issued on Audion (SYNCD 309) in 1987. On that CD, the track For The Whales is missing.
In 1990 the CD was re-released on Surreal TO Real (Real 100).
In May 1998 the CD was remastered and re-released on Groove Unlimited and in 2003 was issued with new artwork because the original artwork was lost at the factory.
Their widely-acclaimed album which originally was released on all three formats by the Audion Recording Company in the USA (Passport Records EM Label SYNCD 309, 1987) run by Larry Fast; this album has generated such interest over the years that it is now on its fourth incarnation, and remains a ‘classic’ of the genre.
After the USA company took Chapter 11 administration the album was released once more on Surreal to Real (Real 100) in 1990. In 1998 there was sufficient interest still, for a combined Groove/Soddett Hall re-mastered release (Gr-010/Hall 9001) and yet another re-release in 2003 (with new artwork as the previous had been lost by the plant!) on Groove/Soddett Hall (catalogue numbers as previous).
